Melissa is, no doubt, one of my favorite footwear brands. The brand from Brazil is not only stylish, but they have the best collaborations with some of the hottest designers in the world– not just fashion (Karl Lagerfeld, Vivienne Westwood, Jason Wu) but also architects (Karim Rashid) and furniture designers (The Campana Brothers), rendering them art pieces in themselves– and most of all, comfortable! (They are made with patented MELFLEX technology, a hypo-allergenic, recyclable, and extremely flexible material.) I guess with age, I’ve come to terms with wearing flats more– even though I stand all of 5’0″ (five foot-zero!)– and especially when I travel.
Melissa has also become my favorite pair of walking, travel shoes, and they can often take me from day to night. I’ve made it a point to pack at least a pair with me on a trip so I’ve literally been around the world with Melissa! So while I’ve traveled the world with Melissa, this summer, Melissa would like to take YOU on a trip to paradise with their Take Me To Paradise raffle promo. They recently launched their SS2016 collection called Take Me To Rio, which features both soft pastels and black and whites for the upcoming summer season.
