April 9 (Saturday): Yoshihiro Narisawa (Narisawa,Tokyo, Japan * #2 restaurant in Asia/ #8 in the world), Virgilio Martinez (Central, Lima, Peru * #1 restaurant in Latin America/ #4 in the world) and Chele Gonzalez (Gallery Vask, Manila, Philippines * #39 restaurant in Asia)
April 10 (Sunday): Jorge Vallejo (Quintonil, Mexico City, Mexico *#6 restaurant in Latin America/ #35 in the world), Jungsik Yim (Jungsik, Seoul, South Korea * #22 restaurant in Asia) and Chele Gonzalez (Gallery Vask, Manila, Philippines * #39 restaurant in Asia)
All these chefs are passionate about discovering indigenous ingredients from their native countries and sharing them with diners. It is the first time for all of them to be cooking together, too, in short, at these two dinners, we will be BRIDGING CULTURES THROUGH FOOD!!!
Each seat is priced at PHP9,800+ SC (inclusive of wines), and part of the proceeds will be for the benefit of Fundacion Santiago. The event is part of the Fine Dining Lovers series of Asia’s 50 Best dinners happening around the region.
