This was my first experience of "Turkish fine dining".. at Neolokal. Neolokal is a *MUST* when you come to Istanbul. Chef-owner Maksut Askar is one of the most respected in the country & re-creates traditional Anatolian dishes with modern techniques, using local and seasonal ingredients.
