I first tried VEA when it opened in December 2015, and loved chef Vicky Cheng's Chinese (influences) x French (techniques) philosophy. Almost a year later in Sept. 2016, I'm happy to revisit this place.. and see that Vicky and VEA have come a long way-- earning their first Michelin star, and likewise on the World's 50 Best Discovery Series radar.
