Mexican Flan (P165)-- an incredibly moist dark chocolate cake, topped with caramel sauce shaved white chocolate and chili. Erika insisted on this even though I was ready to pop-- but goodness, this is my new favorite dessert! Chocolate and chili-- sweet and spicy with all the flavors that blend at the first bite but then stand out on their own in a few seconds-- it's like having a little party in your mouth! My current favorite dessert!
