The margaritas at A'Toda Madre are made with 100% blue agave tequila (1800 Tequilla, more specifically)-- without any mixers or sweeteers--- exactly the way they should be, refreshing, pleasant to drink and zero headache afterwards. We were particularly fond of the Margarita de Casa (House Margarita; P260/ glass) which uses the 1800 tequila blanco, agave nectar, fresh lime juice and a dash of cointreau
