Delamotte Champagne- Black Bird, Nielsen Tower, Makati

Had Delamotte Brut champagne throughout most of the evening, as we normally do in Sala. But tonight, decided to try an after-dinner cocktail... I forget the name exactly but it had grandma and apple in it... pretty good, I must say!
