At the Philippine reception at Tatel restaurant, JP Anglo of Sarsa prepared beef with mung bean soup (beef brisket, jamon iberico bones, onions, garlic, batwan and crispy danggit and garlic chips)-- and a guinamos pimento (roasted yellow and red bell peppers, grilled bananas, leeks and onions, and pureed with guinamos)
